TMC was founded in 1996 in Vigano di Gaggiano, a town in the province of Milan. At the beginning, the company dealt with the production of composite material components and cooperated with major companies on the national scene, continuing to operate in Milan until 2006.
Over the years it developed skills in painting components and in 2006 the company moved its operations to Foggia. A year after the move, the company started a process of strong specialization in the sector and in 2009 began painting in the automotive sector, to inaugurate in 2010 the first automated painting system using anthropomorphic robots for anti-corrosive protection for engines meant for overseas markets.
From there it constantly expanded its capabilities in the area of manual and automated painting.
TMC is increasingly focusing on lean manufacturing and digitisation of processes, and sees an increasingly strategic role for research and cooperation activities that can enable it to maintain leadership in its sector.

INDUSTRIALISATION
We industrialise the product with the objective to comply with our customers’ technical
requirements while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Main activities: work cycles and bill of materials processing, production process optimisation.
AUTOMATION
We industrialise our production cycles integrating automation processes that allow maximum efficiency and best product quality.
PAINT PREPARATION
We prepare the parts for painting by sanding and filling them in dedicated areas.
PAINTING
We apply primers, enamels and final paints in specific paint booths with a maximum size of 5.0 x 5.0 x 15.0 meters according to the customer's requirements.
SURFACE TREATMENTS
We carry out treatment of parts prior to painting (washing, phosphodegreasing, surface treatment, drying) on automated systems using dedicated tunnels and blow-dry stations, supported by anthropomorphic robots.
AUTOMATED COATING
We carry out aesthetic painting and protective application on fully automated systems using anthropomorphic robots, pick-to-light technology.
SEALING
We carry out structural sealing of metal, plastic and composite parts.
QUALITY AND LABORATORY TESTING
All our paints are monitored within dedicated areas and paint plants. We perform quality checks of the finished product through tear off tests, gloss and thickness measurements. We use external laboratories for salt spray testing.
